Strategic Marketing Plan

Bankers Real Estate Brokerage Firm establishes a customized plan for marketing each property. The plan has two cornerstone elements. The first is listing, advertising, and other “public exposure” efforts. We use all regional commercial real estate listing services. We establish an advertising plan using periodicals, professional journals, local Chamber publications, and online listing services from Craig’s List to LoopNet. Other specific advertisements are done as needed or appropriate in the respective venues.

The second element is our aggressive cold calling, which is a fundamental ingredient in our leasing success. This practice ensures a full pipeline of prospects. We do not wait for the telephone to ring or for prospects to be brought to us.
